General meetings are open to the public and are held the third Wednesday of
each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Cafeteria Conference Room, Orange 3.251-252.
Only full dues-paying members may make motions, vote, and otherwise officially
participate in policy and decision making. Executive Board meetings are held just
prior to general meetings at 4:00 p.m. in the same location. Anyone may attend
and listen at E-Board meetings, but only the Executive Board participates.
Stewards’ meetings are closed to the general membership for reasons of
confidentiality. General and Executive Board meetings follow parliamentary
procedure (officially Robert’s Rules of Order).
